Requirements for Services

Technical

For all hosting services you are required to have a domain name, or subdomain name which you control the rights to. In order for the subdomain manager of CPanel to work properly, you must set the name servers for your domain to ns1.timginn.com and ns2.timginn.com. You may obtain a domain name from Register.com or any other domain registration service of your choosing. For free subdomains, consider EU.org.

If you do not set the name servers for your domain to ns1.timginn.com and ns2.timginn.com you will be required to manually add new subdomains to your account via your domain registration company.

Legal

By signing up for service you recognize that Tim Ginn is not responsible for any damages occurred directly or indirectly through the usage of his services;

You agree not to host pornographic or other objectionable material, and not to post material which you do not own the rights to; or have permission to use;

You agree to provide prompt payment for services as they become due, or in advance;

You agree to the six month contract, and acknowledge that the contract may be terminated by Tim Ginn at any time for violation of any policy posted here.

You agree not to use any of Tim Ginn's services for Unsolicited Mailings, also known as SPAM. Those caught in violation of this anti-spam policy agree to pay damages to Tim Ginn at an amount of the higher of $500.00 or $15 per unsolicited message sent;
